ALL of the staff were extremely professional, experienced and helpful to all 3 of us who went to them. Excellent range of quality glasses. Very pleased that everything was sanitized.

I was sceptical about how much of an improvement these, my first set of prescription glasses, would be over my 5 reading glasses but, after a thorough test and extensive interview on my exact requirements, I am now seeing the world in a whole new light. A&P are friendly, efficient and effective.

I decided to try this opticians as the reviews are amazing. They were very friendly and professional. It cost 85 for an eye test. The optician told me there wasn't much of a change in my prescription so it was up to me if I wanted new glasses. The lady was very helpful finding some glasses that suited me. When I saw they were 120 I thought that wasn't too bad.

I was then told it was an extra 130 on top to have a coating put on them. I said I didn't want that and just wanted the glasses, she said this wasn't an option. I said I would leave it then, but felt pressured to place an order, I felt very uncomfortable. When I got home I phoned up and asked to cancel my order, they let me cancel my order thankfully and refunded me the 50 deposit.

I cannot fault my experience at my recent visit to Anstee & Proctor. The staff are excellent, both very efficient and friendly. During these extremely difficult times I felt perfectly at ease - everything possible had been done to keep the practice well sanitised and safe.

Having a routine eye check with Trevor is a breath of fresh air. He is such a gentleman. And thanks to Helena for always being helpful. Also Carol who is so good on the phone. A truly professional service. Daventry is lucky to have you.

I've been using these guys for years and the main reason for repeat returns is because they've always had leading edge technology in terms of eye examinations and vision correction solutions. I've always had great confidence that they will spot anything wrong very quickly. Highly recommend.

Had the most professional Eye consultation EVER with Trevor Timson today. This is the sort of quality you would not get at spec savers or other larger eye care groups. Highly recommended.
