Anstee and Proctor consistently provide exceptional service with a team that is both friendly and knowledgeable. I've been bringing my two sons there since they were toddlers, and now they're teenagers. The contact lens service has been excellent for my oldest son, and they are very responsive in emergencies. Recently, when my youngest broke his glasses on Monday, they saw him the same day and had a new pair ready for collection by Thursday. I always recommend Anstee and Proctor to anyone needing optician services. My parents now also go there for both optician services and their hearing aid needs.

The entire team provided outstanding, friendly, and efficient service. Trevor offered exceptional feedback and advice, taking extra time to discuss details, knowing I'm a retired Biology teacher. The team also assisted me in selecting comfortable frames and ensuring my glasses fit perfectly. With four pairs now, including prescription safety glasses and sunglasses, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
