The professionalism and person centred care which was shown to me goes beyond just job satisfaction. I was recently recommended to TK&S after my vision had deteriorated, I have always worn glasses throughout, within an hour of being assessed for scleral lenses, my vision had gone from blurry to pilot level, l honestly was so overwhelmed with emotions, i honesty could cry with joy. This is the most incredible thing to happen to me and i don't know why nobody recommended me lenses before, Forever grateful and keep up the amazing work you do.

I was recommended to go this opticians by my tutor at University as I was struggling with some of the academic work and getting lots of migraines. I wasn't really sure what I needed to be assessed for and Debra Grant was amazing she called me and talked me through what she did and what she would be looking for in the assessment, explained all costs and timescales etc.

At my appointment all of the staff were wonderful and very kind. I was diagnosed with binocular vision and Debra advised that I get a new pair of glasses to aid my eyes to work correctly, then to come.back in a few months to see if vision therapy would be therapy would be beneficial. After the appointment I was supported to find some frames that fit me well and given a breakdown of costs for different frames and lenses.

The glasses arrived quickly and I have noted a remarkable difference. I have had no headaches at all since the new glasses, I am doing better at University and reading feels like much less hard work. Honestly, TK opticians have changed my life! Couldn't recommend them highly enough! Anybody struggling with dyspraxia, dyslexia, brain injury etc, go and see Debra, she is a miracle worker!

Today a young lady visited Mr Patel for a prescription review. The child in question has a series of complex issues which cause visual problems. I cannot find words to truly describe Mr Patel's dedication, time and persistence in trying to help my charge. Mr Patel is a credit to his profession. We learnt a lot today purely because Mr Patel had the patients to explain the complexities of the childs condition.

I would 100% reccomend this opticians, the service is proffesional from entry right through to departure. Well done to all staff. It is a treat to see pride in ones proffesion.

The care and attention I have received being with TK&S has been absolutely brilliant and I will be forever grateful for everything they have done. I have Kerataconus and they knew that I would benefit from the new technology they have brought to the UK called the Eye Print Pro. The procedure is easy and painless and the results are life changing! I now have a set of bespoke lenses that make wearing hard lenses more comfortable and has corrected all the problems I have come across with other previous lenses that treat this condition.

I have been coming to TKS virtually all my adult life over 40 yrs. I now live out of Npton but still remain a patient. Excellent service.

My little boy has a serious aversion to all things medical etc so when he started to have problems with his eyes I was dreading getting him here. It was his first visit. I explained he was fearful beforehand. But oh my they were amazing. The gentleman was so so easy going, gentle and calm demonstrating everything on himself first if my son started to look scared.

And when he did freak out he simply found other ways of getting it done. He has to go back for follow ups and he is excited to do so! I cannot recommend them enough. This is not a budget opticians but all the services and items are top quality. Obviously a lot is covered by NHS etc but if you also want to be offered top quality additional services and items this is perfect. Top of the range.

I have used Tompkins Knight & Son Optometrists for over ten years and they have always provided a consistently excellent service regardless of who I have seen at the time. I still continue to visit them even now after having moved away from Northampton.
