Brilliant service, huge range of frames and an excellent stylist, Shani, who will help you pick out the best frame style for the structure of your face. Never really liked having my eyes tested but the optometrist, Lavinia, made me feel comfortable and was definitely good at her profession. As a whole all the staff are lovely, helpful and welcoming. Would recommend to everyone I know for top class service and products.

I booked in for an eye test last week and have received my new glasses this week. I'm delighted! The whole experience at Whitby and Co is professional yet friendly. - Reassuringly thorough and unrushed eye test, - Generous with time and advice choosing frames and lenses.
