OPTIX at Broadgate

I didn't buy a pair from Optix as I didn't need a change in prescription, but I had gone in to browse a couple of times and I must say, the service was excellent! Mark was very helpful in choosing and showcasing the frames that would be best suited to me. I also didn't ever feel pressured to purchase, nor was I disregarded if I didn't. I would definitely recommend Optix Broadgate.

Excellent customer service when I got new glasses last October. Local to my work office so was able to go in an have an eye-test and as a result of a prescription change and a very ageing pair of glasses, I got a much better pair which I use all the time. Had to visit for some follow up adjustments which were done without any issues. Shout out to Marc for providing great customer service.

These people are different class to others out there, the level of service, ,k nowledge and representation is just amazing. They make you feel very welcomed, take time over choosing what is right for you and not pushy at all. Feels like a family run business and i would highly recommend their services to everyone looking for great frames and genuinely nice people to help you do that. Optix has a very extensive, high quality range of glasses and service is excellent. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and good at advising what sorts of glasses might work best. I recently picked up a set of frames there. Optix fitted the lenses (which are excellent), and turnaround was very rapid. I can highly recommend this company.

Thank you OPTIX for your absolutely excellent service and help choosing my latest glasses. Their frame selection is very extensive and their advice was extremely valuable. I was able to get the new Nikon seemax infinite lenses and they are absolutely out of this world, well worth the price. I was very impressed with how transparent OPTIX where and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy more expensive frames or lenses. I cannot recommend them enough, they are far and above many many Opticians in London.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from here and was incredibly impressed with the service. There was a massive range of options and the shop assistants were really helpful in advising me on which suited me best. I walked away with a lovely set of Ray-Bans which have been great following a member of staff fitting them to my face. Brilliant and friendly service - I'll be back and have already highly recommended to many friends/colleagues.

Really great selection of frames and top quality. Fantastic environment and absolutely great service. Really knowledgeable. Ended up buying a stunning pair of frames. It's fair to say you would definitely need to have some leeway in your budget, but if you can it's worth the investment. I would undeniably recommend.

I have been using Optix for about 6 years and I think they are great. The people at Optix are genuine experts and I now have a selection of glasses that are perfect for me, both functionally and aesthetically. Choosing a lens has become really complicated, with lots of technical options. It's a minefield without expert help. My wife recently bought 3 pairs of glasses from a well-known high street optician, which is part of the Luxottica group.

What a contrast. The lady tried to sell my wife a new 'blue' coating but didn't have a clue when I asked her to explain what it was. The difference in technical competence was astonishing. Optix is not conveniently located for me but I think that's irrelevant. I only need to visit every 2 years or so and high quality technical advice is well worth a trip now and again. Very highly recommended.

Came across this company while working nearby. I purchased a pair of Prescription sunglasses, the customer service was first class and they were very professional in every way. I got used to going to spec savers I did not know any different. But completely different experience top draw company

First class service. They managed to repair some spectacles that I had wrecked despite them being an old model. Also gave superb customised advice on choosing frames. Professional and friendly.

Optix have been my go-to opticians for the past 10 years or so now. I simply don't go anywhere else. They have a fantastic range of frames and lenses to choose from and are fully equipped for eye testing to make sure your eyesight is examined in detail before ordering the correct lenses for your glasses. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and seem to have the whole stock catalogue in their minds, ready to produce a range of perfect frames for your face on demand.

My new Rob Evans daily glasses and my Chrome hearts sunglasses are simply beautiful and give me added confidence when I'm going about my daily business. I can't recommend them highly enough. They provide a truly unique and personal shopping experience at affordable prices that you simply can not achieve by buying online. 10/10

Staff was more than lovely and helpful. As an international student i can’t get home at the moment to get my glasses tightened as I usually would - A friendly lady (did not catch her name sadly) managed to adjust them for me for free and now they fit really well! Fabulous service from start to finish. Being my first pair of glasses, I expected it to be hard work, but with the great selection and fantastic help the whole experience was effortless.

Just picked up my new glasses and contact lenses. Have just changed my lenses to varifocal and was really worried about the change. I have to say Optix were fantastic from start to finish. Wish I'd changed years ago. Would recommend Optix in a heart beat.
