Norwood & Perrin was established in the early 1930s by the late Edwin Norwood. He was joined soon after by Frank Perrin and together they developed a successful independent practice, founded on the principle of giving the best possible service and product at a price that suits the Yorkshireman's pocket. We consider that any optician who offers the service for which he spent at least 4 years in training.

I've been going to Norwood and Perrins since I was boy of 7, and I'm now 55. I have always felt very safe in their hands, and I don't think any firm could show more care and respect to their patients than this firm. I now trust my childrens eyecare to them, and they too feel as comfortable and valued as I do. Top firm, a Barnsley institution!

Best opticians ever. Absolutely brilliant service and very kind staff that really does look after you, unlike a lot of them other opticians who don't really give a damn about the health of your eyes and just want to sell you a pair of glasses at all costs. Highly recommended.
