Mr Shah has been the resident optometrist for over 30 years now since he established the practice back in 1986. This really is a 'home from home' for Mr Shah and the warmth and friendliness he imparts to all of his patients along with top quality advice and care are the mainstay of this business. Today I visited Dr. Shah's practice for the first time. I was amazed by the level of professionalism and humanity he and his team demonstrated. He had a lot of patience while testing me, answering my questions and helping me understand my situation. There was no rushing, everything felt personal and you can really feel that this eye wizard really cares about people's health.
Great range of eyeglasses and frames that you can try on as you please, surprisingly for me I decided on one and the staff was extremely helpful in the process. I felt like home and well cared for. Mr Shah & Co. I wish you great health, you are the definition of what healthcare should be!

I was so impressed by the attention to detail shown by the staff. I suffer from short-sightedness most of my life and regular sight tests are a way of life for me. After a comprehensive eye examination, I was shown an array of attractive frames and after much discussion, I made my choice. My new glasses were available for collection very quickly. I do recommend this establishment for their informative attitude and professionalism.

As someone who's been to many opticians both in the UK and abroad, I can honestly say that Mr Shah is hands down the best optician I've ever been too. I was fed up with getting the wrong prescription glasses and being prescribed eyedrops as a treatment for my severe dry eyes and that's why I decided to go to P Shah Opticians. Mr Shah's not only given me the right prescription for my glasses but his recommended treatment for my eyes has helped me a lot. I no longer have to use eye drops every hour or so and my eyes have never been healthier -all thanks to Mr Shah and his team.

Hands down best optician I've ever been to - and I've been to a lot in London! Could never find someone who got my prescription correct and was tearing my hair out. Thank you and your team for such a great service - everything was great from the friendly receptionist Kellsey to the appointment itself by Dr Shah and ordering the glasses/contacts.

What a great opticians. My eye test was great and very thorough, the people working in the shop are very attentive and patient. The prescription sunglasses I got are also great - I couldn't find frames I liked for my annoying face shape for regular glasses, so they said come back when they get new ones and they put a note down to give me a discount as it will still be the second frame I get done with them. I had disappointing experiences with some chain opticians (and some good to be completely fair) but nothing beats a good independent practice! Highly recommended.

I've been going to Mr Shah for my eye tests and lenses for a few years now, and the service has always been incredible. He and his PA Kellsey are always so friendly and professional, the level of care is amazing. I was just there having some new lenses fitted to existing frames, and while I was waiting Mr Shah tested my UV sensitivity on a new machine he was very proud to demonstrate. He's so committed to good eye health and patient care. I live in BuenosAires now, but eye test here every trip to London is essential!

As a newly arrived person in London I found that I needed better glasses than had been prescribed for me in the States. Dr. Shah's office was a life saver for sure. On my initial entry to the office, his staff was extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Shah's exam was extremely thorough and he explained things to me that no previous eye doctor had. He really put my mind at ease about my sight and walked me through exactly what I needed. After the exam, once again his staff took over and helped me select the proper frames and lenses. I would recommend Dr. Shah's office without hesitation!
