I believe in letting People know when they have provided a great service and helped in every way possible. My visit to Valli Opticians at Lockwood Branch can only be described as Great. I was very worried about my vision after a previous work related accident. Julie organised another eye test to put my mind at ease. Julie then helped me choose some very nice frames as I wasn't sure what style. Thankyou Julie I can't thank Julie enough for her help.

Julie - just a quick note to say a big thank you to you and your team on the excellent service I received once again when I visited your store. Having been a customer for quite some time, I have always found your team to be extremely knowledgeable and patient. The eye test was very thorough and I feel like i know my eyes much better. I know I took my time choosing the glasses but the lady I saw (I think Jill?) was very good with me and I know I've definitely chosen the best pair to suit my style. I can't praise you highly enough and will be recommending you to any of my other friends and family that don't come to you already :-)

During this weird time of Covid 19 I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with all Valli practices who have bent over backwards to help locate lenses for us. Bravo Valli Opticians!

I would like to say thank you for the care & attention to detail displayed by yourself & your team during my recent eye & contact lense test. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Although I’m sure times have moved on since last having my eyes tested … it has been a few years, I was still very impressed with the sophistication of the technology.

Despite the fact that I don’t purchase contact lenses from yourselves, you still took the time to point out a spec of lense
that would be better for my eye health, a clear indication of the caring and ethical approach I’m sure you take with all your patients.
Having not been tested for a while, I was a little nervous at what you might find, but I was reassured by your thorough examination & left with a clear bill off health. Of course I won’t leave it so long next time! I would not hesitate to recommend you to any of my friends, family or business contacts.

We have been using Valli Opticians for a years now. We have always found the staff to be very professional, knowledgable and particularly helpful. The new practice is excellent, with all mod cons! Would resommend to anyone.
