Got my 5 year old son tested today by the lovely Roisín. Fantastic! He was a nervous wreck going in & came out asking to go again soon. Excellent service, Roisin was fantastic, thorough & so caring throughout the test. I Will be taking the whole family there from now on!

Just got my new contacts & glasses from Team Brogan. As always the staff made me feel valued and I look forward to my next visit. Been a client for 43 years so that speaks highly of the service I always receive

Having just had a cataract removed from one of my eyes I needed a new lens to be fitted to my already existing spectacles. I made an appointment, was seen quickly, and am now able to read again with no trouble. The standard of care was professional and courteous, and I am happy to whole heartedly recommend P J Brogan Opticians.

Brogan's is a very pleasant and professional experience for the user of their services. I have come here for five or six years and am always happy with my tests and the advice given.

Each year I have my eyes tested in PJ Brogan Opticians. I have always admired their thoroughness. This year 2017 i had a very careful examination from the niece of two art teachers that I knew. Kat Busch and Roisin Keague, I have real confidence in her carefulness and reflectiveness. New: My visit this year was very satisfactory. The optician filled me with confidence as she was careful and unhurried. The new eye testing machine made that part of the examination easier. I was happy when the light dot test was over that the outcome was good.

An excellent service provided to me at my last visit a couple of weeks ago. The optician went the extra mile and treated me as if I was "Royalty". Very pleased with my new opticians after moving house last year.

I attended for a routine examination and found the experience totally satisfactory. The staff were all very courtious and profesional. My examination was conducted efficiently in an excellent enviornment using very modern equipment. In all a very satisfactory experience. I would have no hesitation in recomending this company.

Really excellent experience starting with the pleasant & welcoming reception staff & ending with the thorough eye examination with brand new fancy camera - too scientific for me to explain. Always a pleasure going to Brogan’s & I’ve been going for at least 30 years. Will always have my business because they just keep getting better & more thorough. Would highly recommend.

I have been entrusting my eye care to PJ Brogan since the original PJ Brogan operated out of chemist shop on Chapel Hill – I would never consider going anywhere else. They still maintain the same level of efficiency & friendly service. I admit I’m not the easiest of clients but they always manage to keep me happy. Richard is a “Class act” – knowledgeable, professional & very patient – in particular I appreciate his advice & help re my recent cataract surgery & for the excellent updated glasses. I wholeheartedly recommend - 10 out of 10 for excellent service.

Unfortunately I don't know the lady's name, but would like to record my deep satisfaction with the service I was afforded. This lady was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and most patient and displayed a degree of professionalism that is a credit to PJ Brogans. The Company is most fortunate to have her as an employee. This lady and Andrew are a credit to their profession.

I visited PJ Brogans for an eye test recently and couldn't recommend them enough. The receptionists greeted me straight away and the optician was so friendly and really took her time with me. The examination was so thorough and there is great range of stylish glasses and sunglasses available to try in store.

Very recently I had my annual inspection, delighted to say it was carried out in a very professional manner by a charming practitioner who seemed business orientated. The good news is that my sight has not changed, if anything it’s got marginally better. Thank you so much, for the very warm and friendly, yet professional welcome, by the front office staff.

As a matter of interest I have been visiting PJ Brogan for many years and the reception on arrival and the professional service has been maintained to the usual high standards set by the, late Mr Peter Brogan. Long may this continue.

Got new contact lenses fitted, perfect first time all day lenses, no trouble at all. Great staff team.

I visited this opticians today to browse for new glasses. There were three staff behind the counter when I walked in and not one of them acknowledged me the entire time I walked around. I was eventually greeted by a member of staff at the back. Very poor customer service, will not be back.
