Harrold Opticians

My 13 year old broke his glasses and this opticians book him an emergency eye sight the very same day. Furthermore, I was expection the glasss in a week but they had them ready in 2 days. Hightly impressed and recmmended.

It's not a huge high Street chain. It's a smaller store front. More inviting and less clinical looking. The staff are all, very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The optometrist was patient, very polite, answering all my questions. Explaining every process and what what she was looking for. I was told I needed reading glasses.

Finally another staff member helped me select some glasses. Clearly stating the price bands. No hard sell and no rush to get me out of the door. Took my time and tried on multiple glasses multiple times before finally making my selection. Can only recommend this store.

I has my eyes tested recently by a Male optician at west drayton. He was very helpful and quick My new glasses are spot on. They are brilliant I am very pleased with them I will be requesting the Male optician to do my eye test in the future Thank you so much

I have always gone to harrolds for my eye tests and they never fail to provide the best service . I dropped my glasses the other day and took them in as they are frameless and Tanya who was on leave popped in on her day off and fixed them for me and contacted me the following day

I have used Chilton Watson for years for my glasses and they have been excellent. They now provide a hearing aid service too which I have used in recent months. It's been brilliant. The service has been tailored to my needs and nothing has been too much trouble. Their consultant, Louise, is a true expert. The result has been life changing.

After a very poor service at the place used since 1998, your branch in Huntingdon restored my faith in opticians. They were friendly very informative regarding my 1st pair of varifocals. They took time to help me find frames, I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy ones I didn't like. They even ordered in the frames I choose in another colour that wasn't held in store. After this excellent service I have transfered my custom to this branch and look forward to my next eye test and continuing with them for many years to come

My family and I have been coming here almost 10 years, kid friendly, polite, thoughtful the list of positives are endless.

Mr Johnson is an excellent Manager and Dispensing Optician. He has always helped me out very well when I have had to get my glasses done. He is very thorough and gives you a lot of time to make sure you are satisfied. He has always given me discounts wherever appropriate which I am very grateful for. He has a very professional manner and is always approachable at all times.

Excellent service whenever I go into Chilton Watson opticians. The manager, Maria Long always goes above and beyond. Always friendly and super helpful, especially repairing my glasses while I wait (on a regular basis!) Lovely range of frames, And I cannot speak highly enough of this practice.

My wife and I have been using Harrold Opticians for a number of years now and from the receptionist to the opticians and branch manager we have always found them to be helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble, thoroughly recommended.

Very helpful staff to myself and my husband definitely would recommend the service we both received. Wide range of glasses at reasonable prices lots to choose from.
