Beware of Classic Eyes so called Comprehensive Eye Care Plan!
Informed it will cover minor eye examinations or treatments after a first payment of £80 consultation fee. Consultation fee paid and plan taken out. Their brochure states: 'When you are a member of one of our schemes you will be entitled to the following (9 listings) amongst others it covers 'Comprehensive eye care and treatments including latest technology.'
Payments made but not honoured for minor eye care. Charged £30 for each following visit.
Complaint made but no call back or reimbursement of monthly payments made under the plan. Most unprofessional and uncaring when complaint made with no further follow up from Classic Eyes.

I have been going to Classic Eyes, Bournemouth for many years and have been very happy. Have had a more recent problem and visited the Penn Hill Branch for more expertise care and was very pleased with the level of care I was given by Kelly when doing numerous tests and then from Craig.
