Services
Night lenses are contact lenses that you wear while sleeping. They are specialy designed to harmlessly, and naturally, re-shape the outer cell layer of your eye. Your eye naturally renews these cells every night into the lens to mould it into the correct shape. When you wake, you can enjoy the benefits of perfect vision* all day, without needing glasses or daytime contact lenses.
Multi-purpose solutions are formulated to clean and disinfect soft disposable contact lenses. They are convenient and simple to use. Please ensure that you change your solution each time you wear your lenses. If lenses are not worn regularly it is advisable to discard the solution at least twice each week in order to ensure complete sterility.
In general an eye examination every 2 years is accepted as standard practice. When you attend for your eye examination you should bring with you any spectacles you wear, the names of any tablets or medicines you are taking and the name of your doctor. Please ensure that you do not wear your contact lenses on the day of the examination.
You only have one pair of eyes. Once lost, your eyesight may never be replaced. Unlike your teeth, your eyes do not usually hurt when there is something wrong. A regular eye examination is the best way to protect your eyesight as many sight threatening diseases, such as glaucoma, can be cured or slowed if caught early enough.

I was recommended Kingswalk Contact Lens by an optician from a large chain opticians for Ortho K lens. I had never heard of Ortho K lens before and they are one of the few suppliers of them in Nottingham. The staff have been professional, friendly and informative without being pushy sales people. They've given great advice and answered all my questions.
Already seeing great results with my Ortho K lens, pricing very good value for consultation and first lens, monthly payments after that include a lot of support and aftercare. Go supprt a local business - would highly recommend.

I had run out of contact lenses and went into a huge panic today, as I work at the QMC and with wearing a mask and visor it's so difficult wearing glasses and constantly get steamed up. I contacted Kings Walk Contact Lenses and honestly I've never had customer service like it. They were so helpful, they had my contact lenses in stock so I picked them up and Kevin was so knowledgeable. I will continue to buy my contact lenses & have my check ups here. Honestly Kevin and the team were so helpful and I would recommend to anyone to go here.

All I can say is WOW, I've had the most amazing experience today during my first appointment at Kings Walk Contact Lenses, from the welcome I received from Louise on entering the practice to the consultation with Kevin. The service was informative, friendly & they managed to find a solution that fits my eyes perfectly. I can not recommend them highly enough. Absolutely amazing service, I have been searching for teal contact lenses for my dyslexia for so long. I have had nausea, migraines and felt overwhelmed visually for many years. Working with white paperwork and a computer every day. My lenses are at a 30% tint and instantly gave me relief as soon as I put them in. They are specialist made by one person, so worth the trip to Nottingham, Love them!

I previously used Specsavers for my contact lenses and I was fairly satisfied with the service but I much preferred the idea of using a local, independent company, therefore I decided to transfer over to King's Walk Contact Lenses for my daily lenses. They have a shop in the city centre which is useful. I have been using them for a few years now and I have received a much better personal service overall, it's even better value that the corporate alternative.
If you are currently using a corporate or online supplier for your contact lenses but you like the idea of getting a more personal service, without compromising on quality and value, then I would highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Kings Walk Contact Lenses for almost 40 years. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and although I do not need contacts now I have had my cataracts done, I still go when I have any eye problems, one of which was last week! Everyone is so helpful and the customer care is second to none. I would not go to see anyone else! EVER!

18 years ago Kevin rescued me from a contact lens problem the day before my honeymoon - even staying open past closing time for me to travel - when my existing optician couldn’t help. So obviously I’m still a regular client, even though I’ve moved and happily have a 100 mile round trip for my annual check-up.

I ran out of lenses on Saturday and couldn't get in to town to pick any up.i rang the shop and they offered to drop some round that evening which considering it was a Saturday I was extremely grateful.always very helpful staff when I go in highly recommend them
