Excellent shop. I visit one morning looking to buy some new sunglasses based on these good reviews. Ashley was really helpful, letting me try on many different pairs including ones boxed up that had only arrived that morning. Walked out with a brand new pair and couldn't ask for anymore. I'll be back and definitely recommended!

Glasses great. Delivery less so. Glasses weren't in stock so had a phone call saying they couldn't be delivered next day as I had paid for. They would be sent day after and extra cost of delivery would be refunded. That refund is yet to happen. I was charged full price.

Placed an order for a present on next day delivery. Got a text whilst at work the next day saying not available for up to 7 days. Why did your website not state this before I placed the order? Left me very little time to sort out an alternative & had to pay more for weekend next day delivery. I wouldn't have bothered doing this review but after never receiving my order I got an email asking for feedback about it, so here you go!

Had problem with brand new pair of Lindbergs which I had bought from elsewhere. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. There are times when I wish I lived in Nottingham

Very helpful staff who give you just the right amount of information. Perhaps not the cheapest place to buy your eyewear, but you always get what you pay for in life.

Always Excellent service, honest, knowledgable and very accommodating. They offer one of the finest selection of frames with many unique brands / looks. Would recommend to check them out over the generic high street opticians who always seem to be on a sales drive or up sell. Never any pressure from the team, in fact they will all go out of their way to help you find the best fit for you. A real plus is that they also offer simple Direct Debit finance meaning you can easily get top spec frame or lens you might of though were out of reach.

Highly recommended! Ordered some Oakley Holbrooks over the phone on Thursday and they were delivered Friday am as promised. And they matched against another online price. Excellent service.
