Having pioneered the Business Appraisal and Valuation report in 1969, and refined it over the 50 years since, I believe that we have unparalleled knowledge of the sectors in which we specialise. Our team of business appraisers, valuers and surveyors is able to draw upon our extensive database for detailed benchmarking information but, importantly, has the skill and experience to appreciate how each unique business compares to market norms.
Pinders provides UK coverage, with our head office team based in Milton Keynes providing sector-specialised support to our regional surveyors, ensuring the best combination of local knowledge backed up by centralised expertise. We provide expertise across a number of business sectors including licensed/leisure, healthcare, education, medical (white coat) and retail. We are currently seeking experienced, qualified surveyors to expand and strengthen our team of home-based valuers across all areas of the country.
Our appraisal reports provide an independent and balanced assessment of the historic, current and future trading performance of a business, taking account of relevant legislation and reflecting changing market conditions. Whether in relation to a business acquisition, refinance proposal or development plan, our reports form an essential part of the due diligence and business planning process. Because we look at businesses every day, we know and understand them and the markets in which they operate.
Providing you with expert valuation advice across the business and commercial property sector. It is vitally important to understand the characteristics of a property and its location in relation to its potential to generate income (either rental income or profits) and the level of return such an opportunity affords.
