After 20 years as a customer I had the worst service ever. No eye tests available for 4 weeks! So I needed a replacement pair of reading glasses with my existing prescription they refused. Apparently its against the law. So I can't read as I have no reading glasses for 4 weeks. That can't be right surely

One of the best opticians in the area I've been using them for a number of years, always helpful and knowledgeable and I've found they only sell you new glasses when you really need them. The staff from the receptionist to the Opticians are very friendly, I can't thank them enough for there service.

They're so good and helpful and have safety Screens and hand sanitizers at the ready. They also just a low to people in the shop at any time to allow for social distancing.

Excellent! i got my glasses from them by finance, after 3 months the frame started rust i dont know why and they replace it very quickly for free and after 10 months that happens again so the suggested me to change the frame material, i did and again for free without any question. Amazing

I had my usual eye test that gets done every 2 years, then not two months later my perfect vision wasn't so perfect. When I called them they explained that a follow up test would be free and the optometrist was considerate and friendly. Great service.
