Staff are lovely but the owner with grey hair and glasses is so rude to her staff ( went in to enquire before Christmas and she was shouting at staff, been on my mind ever since hence my review) and needs to learn some people skills! I wouldnt recommend, try boots they were extremely helpful and much happier!

I'm a little bit late for writing a review of this wonderful establishment, but my experience was so outstanding I want to let the world know! I have terrible anxiety and am currently going through quite a bit of medical work, the team here at Classic Eyes was so amazingly kind, understanding, patient, and accommodating of all of my needs, I was genuinely blown away.

The actual business itself is remarkably clean, accessible, flexible, swanky, classy, and elegant. When you walk in you just know that you're getting the best treatment possible, and you can tell that they really care, not just about the health of your eyes, but your body and mind too. So, thank you to everyone who is a part of the Classic Eyes team! You're all the best of the best, and I'm wishing you all of the success the world has to offer.

Had an appointment today to test for Glaucoma. All the staff were very helpful, polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

I am indebted to Classic Eyes Bournemouth for being able to see me at short notice after badly scratching my eye. Due to Covid restrictions I was unable to be seen by the Eye Hospital could not get any other medical help so late on a Saturday and was in a lot of discomfort. I had phoned several other chain opticians in Bournemouth and none would help or even offer advice.

I was given a thorough examination a few hours after phoning and clear instructions for helping my eye to heal as well as a follow-up appointment for a few days after. I'm happy to report I am feeling much better and I am grateful for the care and attention I received from Najin. As a bonus we have now found a brilliant opticians!

I was immediately welcomed when I walked through the door. Lovely staff, very competent and compassionate.

The staff here are very friendly and efficient. I had a diabetic eye screening appointment and it was carried out with care and understanding. Lovely place! Clean and well maintained. There are stairs but if you need help here, there is a stairlift in place but it does not get in the way if you do not need it.

Manufacturer faulty frame was swapped, no fuss. Friendly and prompt service. Good value for money.

There is a huge selection of quality designer frames and styles here and can confirm that after a particularly nasty break up a while ago the only thing that could console me was a pair of blinged out diamante 'Guess' glasses. It's pricey but what do you expect? You're paying for the designer and the brand, and there is a hell of a lot to choose from.
