The staff is amazing! I had give up on reading and seeing in general, because I still couldn't see after every time I got glasses. But I decided to give it on more chance since all my eye doctors had been in the United States. Not only can I see everything, the lady picked out the perfect frames for me in less the 2 minutes! Great experience. I would fly back to Cardiff just to go see them.

I was booked into Parish Opticians, at very short notice, for an emergency appointment. Emma, who tested my eyes, could not have been more thorough or more helpful. I was great reassured by my visit to this company and would recommend it to anyone who wants caring and professional help. Five star plus!

Absolutely blown away by the service I received from Collette. I injured my eye and needed an emergency appointment, but unfortunately Parish Opticians were fully booked for today. Collette called a couple of other opticians and got me an appointment! After having only a few hours sleep and having no luck myself phoning around all morning, she was just a breath of fresh air. So grateful. Thanks you so much. Will happily recommend you to friends and family. Never experienced service like this before!

One of the nicest businesses I have the pleasure in being a regular customer of. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their staff are always polite and helpful. Really professional but friendly. They were the only opticians who could really solve my contact lens needs. They persevered and made me feel very comfortable and well looked after. I later bought a pair of glasses from them and again the whole team seemed to be involved in helping me choose the most appropriate pair for me. They were really quick getting the glasses made to my specification and great value too. Such nice people I will be back there for sure.

I have never been disappointed with the service received at Parish Opticians. From the reception staff and technicians through to the Opticians, the service is excellent. They have a wide range of frames available as well as contact lenses - always the latest styles at competitive prices. I can highly recommend.

I started going to this opticians what seems like a long time ago when I lived nearby as a child. Despite moving increasingly further away and despite the place feeling increasingly professional over the years, I still find the warm atmosphere and treatment you get here is still second to none and beats other, less personal services you can get elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Richards for a number of years, and am always delighted by his support and advice and particularly his attention to detail. He also has a great team working with him who are a credit to the practice.
