Fantastic, professional service. I have a complicated prescription and after my last optician sadly passed away i was very nervous of finding a new optician. The eye test was very thorough and we spoke about many options for my eye problem. Cannot recommended highly enough. My entire family are now going to register with kings hill. Just wanted to say thankyou so much to all staff. My 11yr old son's eye was all of a sudden going inwards, this has never happened before and was very scary especially as we are both OCD. They see us as a Emergency Appointment straight away and spent 3 hours doing all tests to find out what the problem was. Once they diagnosed the problem they sorted glasses/lenses the next day for logan. Brilliant team to do what they done thankyou so much.x.

We took our 6 year old daughter for an eye test at Kings Hill Opticans today. The service, expertise, knowledge and kindness of the staff was outstanding. They picked up an eye condition we had no idea existed. I really would recommend this opticans to anyone, but especially if you have small children.

A much loved but accidentally broken pair of Lindberg glasses were sent to Denmark over the Christmas period for a quote to repair 'if at all possible'.I was expecting something quite costly in all honesty or even worse news that they were irreparable. Absolutely delighted to say they were returned today, repaired and done so free of charge. So grateful to Kings Hill Opticians and Lindberg.

Very honest, helpful and gave great advice. Wish I'd known about the level of care and service that makes Kings Hill stand out from other opticians. They spotted an issue my daughter has, that had been missed by everyone else. I get the impression that they are looking to build a long term relationship with their clients and have continuity of care so they really understand their needs.

I came to Kings Hill Opticians needing my first pair of glasses and having been quoted a exorbitant price by another opticians. The staff at Kings Hill Opticians considered my needs, carefully explained all my options and found the optimum solution for me- which saved me over 500 on my previous quote and arrived within a week. I felt like they had put my needs first. I'm thrilled with my new glasses and the excellent service I've received.

I've been a customer of Kingshill opticians for a number of years and have always been happy with the service I have received. I recently had my eyes tested for some new reading glasses, which at the time of choosing I was happy with. After a few weeks I didn't feel as happy with the glasses as I previously was when collecting them. They were not faulty in any way, just not as comfortable as I had initially thought they were.

The staff at the opticians were clearly more concerned about me being happy than it costing them to rectify the problem by allowing me to start again and choose an alternative pair of glasses. I have to say, there are very few companies out there that are more interested in a happy customer over their bank balance. Very impressed and thank you Kingshill Opticians.

After reading the good reviews about Kingshill opticians, I thought I would see for myself. I have been pleasantly impressed. The staff were very welcoming. Mr Gill in particular put my mind at rest with some concerns I had. I ordered a new pair of glasses, which have been very successful. I am a portrait artist and have had difficulty in the past getting the right lenses for my work. Now I have an appointment to order another pair and feeling very confident I will be happy.

I was recommended Kings Hill Opticians and Mr Shoker by a friend of mine who used to work at the Maidstone Eye Hospital. I am so glad that I know of this excellent opticians at Kings Hill. Before coming to Kings Hill Opticians I had a dreadful experience with Specsavers due to a wrong prescription, which resulted in me having to be signed off work.

I am pleased to now say that after seeing Mr Shoker at Kings Hill Opticians my eyes are so much improved and I now have the correct prescription. I am also confident that my eyes have been thoroughly checked over. My new Essilor Crizal Prevencia lenses are superb, things are so much clearer and they are very restful on the eyes. I have a lot happening in my eyes and the correct lenses and filters are so important for me.

I found Mr Gill to be very knowledgeable and he took the time to make sure that I was happy with my glasses and the lenses, and that they fitted me correctly. All of the other staff at Kings Hill Opticians were also very helpful.

We previously went to Specsavers who messed my daughters prescription up so I was feeling rather dubious to start with. Can not express my gratitude enough to Jennifer who made my daughter feel right at home and at ease, I felt they took it seriously and spent time on her. Everything was explained to us both and questioned answered by staff and were very friendly. I Would highly recommend!

My daughter attended a Visual Stress Assessment yesterday from a recommendation, before that we didn't know such a thing existed. Her assessment concluded that she could read better and quicker with a colour overlay than without. Her reading speed per minute with an overlay was 3 times quicker. Her stress levels with an overlay was greatly reduced.

Can thoroughly recommend this opticians. After being under the care of a specialist eye hospital for many years I would rather go to Kings Hill opticians and see Mr Shoker for my eye examinations and contact lenses. His recent examination of my eye after surgery and his advice has saved my eyesight deteriorating further. I can’t thank him enough!

I do not even know where to start with my experience at Kings Hill Opticians. Every single part of the care and support that I have received from the entire team from the get go has been absolutely exceptional there aren’t really enough words to explain how they have changed my life and how thankful i am for being so patient, helpful and understanding with my eye condition.

I personally feel not only have they improved my life in terms of my eyesight but they have also shown me that there is hope and that there are genuinely kind people in this world that despite how you feel about yourself there are people that will support you and go above and beyond to help fix what is broken. Kings Hill opticians have been so helpful with my son. Not being someone who wears glasses this is a new world to me and a lot to learn. The staff are always so helpful, and spend so much time in explaining things to me. It really puts my mind at rest that my son is getting the best possible vision he can. As a parent we only want the best for our children and I feel I get that from the knowledge and experience the staff here have and I’m very grateful for the time you have taken with my child.
