Over the past few years we have experienced very poor quality service and technical expertise from the usual High-Street opticians. Went in for a pair of off the peg sunglasses to fit my very small head. Very confident with their COVID precautions- fab sanitising and social distancing, and really lovely helpful service. Very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be returning

A wonderful team, they are all super friendly and helpful. All the family come here. I have a autustic child who finds it hard to deal with the eye test, but they have done fantastic with him from having the right times for him after school and the kindness and understanding. And when he needed glasses David was great with him. And the amount of times the other half breaks his glasses they all do their best to fix them. Have always came here and will continue to do so.

Just had my first eye test since Jo Forss retired. Having been with Jo for several years I was little apprehensive especially with the Covid protocols now in place. The new owners have transformed the appearance of the place making it feel more open whilst still retaining the warm and friendly service. The ophthalmologist who undertook my test was new to the team and she put me at ease throughout, explaining all the issues in a friendly and competent manner. Thoroughly recommend them and would not think of going anywhere else.

Popped in to enquire if they could tighten the arms on my glasses. They did the job and gave them a good polish for good measure within half an hour. All for no charge. Excellent service!

David and Lydia Canton are running a brilliant opticians service. When I had an issue with my eye they were able to see me promptly offered advice and liaised with a specialist eye specialist to ensure a smooth quick treatment. After years of Specsavers Service I have found Optical perfection. Great service, diagnosis and new glasses, well lenses in my old frames which Specsavers would not do.

They look after the patient and the purse/wallet. To say I am delighted with Malmesbury Opticians is an understatement, in future I will go out of my way for this service and treatment. Simply the best I have had in over 50 years of having to go to the opticians and wearing glasses. Visit them and you will not be disappointed.

I took my daughter there for the first time in September. She was a bit nervous. The staff made her feel so welcome and put her at ease by giving her the "special chair". While she was having her test done Ian was calm and patient with her, which was great. She needed to have glasses, so had to return about a week later to collect them. Julie and Cheryl were very good and helped to get her glasses just right. Now she cannot wait to go back for her check up Thank you Malmesbury Opticians

Couldn't recommend more highly. Extremely helpful and kind. Extracted a contact lens at very short notice with no fuss! Love this optician.
