Went in after dropping my newish glasses that I had bought from the shop 6 months ago. Andy fixed them in a few minutes for no charge, and was kind and helpful throughout. Definitely recommended!

I went to this shop on Friday for both a prescription and to buy something. I have not been for a few years due to great health, to my surprise all of the staff have changed, and not for the good. Waited 20min to get served as the staff were in the back. When eventually I got served my Prescription was not ready they told me they had not received it even though they so called managed my Prescription, and seemed to be annoyed when I questioned them about it. Very rude and off hand. Didn't have this trouble a couple of years ago. Bring back the personality and get rid of your robots

Really poor service, rude people, over priced goods. Will not be shopping with boots anymore. Not a nice company. If you want a private prescription ie malaria stuff, Superdrug and Asda are approx 20 cheaper than Boots
