Delighted with the service received from One Vision. Following being hit in the eye by a ball I needed to see an optician quickly. I discovered One Vision on Google after being turned away for an emergency appointment by four other local opticians! One Vision were thorough, competent and very reassuring, using drops to dilate my pupils to check for retinal detachment & reassuring/advising me about the floaters I was seeing. I will be switching to One Vision from now on and have recommended them to my husband, friends & colleagues. Thanks guys for helping me out at short notice and will definitely return.

I recently visited Old Amersham and had a nightmare problem with my contact lenses. I have always used Specsavers so called the local branch. They were so unhelpful and I would definitely not recommend their local shop. As I was staying in the Kings Arms I saw One vision across the road. What an absolute breath of fresh air! They were so helpful and so professional.
They sorted my issue out without any problem. I actually bought some sunglasses from them as I was so impressed with the service. If I lived locally to them then they would be my opticians and I would definitely not be returning to Specsavers. Well done guys and I wish you all the success you deserve.

Bringing an excellent range of products and brands that typically can only be found in London to the Home Counties! However One Vision is more than that, the store environment and service is always excellent and way ahead of any other opticians in South Bucks. A pleasure to visit and my family will now only use One Vision.

Before coming to one vision I dreaded optician visits as my prescription makes it difficult to find frames that I was happy with. This is no longer a problem anymore!

I've worn glasses for 15 years of my life and i'm only 18. Over my time i've taken more eye tests than i can count, without a doubt the best service i've ever experienced is at one vision. Puja the lovely woman who performed the eye test was very understanding and kind throughout the whole experience. After my test was done i had a huge range of frames to choose from, all of which i would off been happy to wear.
All were very fashionable and kept up with the latest trends. meaning i could pick out an amazing fame and it would be sorted for me all in the same place making my life a lot easier. I would defiantly recommend even popping in to have a look at the frames, as they are amazing quality and very good prices. Honestly you cant go wrong with this place

Wow what a find. The shop itself is pristine, stylish and full of charm, and I was given the warmest welcome ever from the owners Baij and Puja when I stepped in. Been visiting Opticians now for nearly 50 years but this is one of a kind. Knowledgeable, professional and charming, there is no hard sell here, just a genuine desire, I feel, to provide optimum eyecare for all. Won't be going anywhere else now, 100% recommend.

It's full of state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and optical brands you just don't find in the usual high street opticians. I can’t recomend one vision opticians in old Amersham enough. The owners made me feel so welcome and relaxed and they were really helpful. You just feel like your getting a thorough professional 5 star service and that’s why I always go back to them... the shop is so lovely and nicely laid out with so much choice they are also happy for me to try on countless pairs of glasses and give me their opinions to help me pick the perfect frame for me!
