Over the last 10 years I have visited most Opticians in Jersey and I think this one is by far the best. I visited them during the Covid Pandemic and the service was spot on. Compasionate staff and a good selection of glasses. I did not pick the 1 hour service but got my glasses the next day. No one in Jersey does this so well. They also fixed some old frames for me free of charge.

This has been the worst optician experience of my life, and I am 65 yrs old! Beware of all the fancy sound bytes. The optician, Mr.Kenny, has the most apalling attitude towards you if you have a problem. I was told after my eye test that my specs would take 7-10 days. Nearly 5 weeks later they finally arrived, and everything at less than arms length was ridiculously blurred !
Ever since then my experience, i.e. the testament of my own eyes, has simply been condemned as 'bizarre' by Mr.Kenny who has shown zero concern for my concerns as his client, his attitude has been, and continues to be disgraceful. He is so convinced of his own infallibility that at one point he even dared to suggest that the real reason for my complaint must be that my wife was upset with the cost, further, that he could deal with that but not my complaint that his specs were not fit for purpose, and they cost over 300 Euro !?
His attitude is apalling and unprofessional, I do not trust him and he has proven himself to be rude, unprofessional and beligerent refusing to even entertain the fact that his specs are a problem to me. I have spent over 400 Euro for an eye test and specs for NOTHING ! Beware of this person.
