Having worn glasses for the past 35 years, I have been to several opticians. Vision in the Village is without a doubt the best. The attention to detail and customer service is second to none. I picked up some specs they did recently and for the first time in ages, can see clearly both near and far. Could not recommend Savita and Huzaifa enough. They are the best.

I can thoroughly recommend Vision in the Village in Southfields. The eye testing was efficient and detailed and the service for choosing and fitting my new glasses was caring and excellent without being pushy or intrusive. The service feels very personal and the staff do all they can to help.

A wonderful discovery - personal attention and service and excellent optician. The staff take great trouble in helping you to choose the right glasses for you. The selection of frames is top notch - French and Italian hand made styles and other top brands. I highly recommend Vision In The Village and you don't have to travel to the West End, parking is easy.

This was the case when my lenses were lost by the courier and the team went on overdrive to order replacements urgently. The team did their best to keep me posted and compensate the delay. This is a very professional and serious place led by people who care about you and your eyes health. They are kind and very supportive when you need to choose your glasses. They give valuable tips. At this optician you will meet friendly and courteous people. My husband and I have been customers since 2013. I would recommend this place 100%.

Such an amazing store with a beautiful range of glasses for everyone! They did my eye test so thoroughly and even explained a few bits here and there. A very homely store that'll make you feel warm and welcome as soon as you enter. Definitely worth the hour journey!

Really good, friendly and professional. I used Vision Opticians when I was living in Southfields. Now I live by Gatwick Airport and I will be making the hour drive to go and see them as they are so much better than any of the high street brands. Keep up the superb work.

I cannot overstate how good this optician is. After a dire experience with a rude and obstinate person at an opticians in North End Road I decided to try somewhere else. Shabbir Was excellent, quick efficient and helpful. I have recommended this service to several friends and will continue to use them.

I have never written a review before but had to write this one. Very caring, extremely professional, very high knowledge of everything and incredibly thorough whilst being the nicest person you can imagine. The ophthalmologist explained everything before during and after. Everything possible was done to make me feel at ease whilst every test was carried out.

Nothing was too much trouble and even though my appointment ran beyond their closing time I was still made to feel I was the most important person. I cannot recommend this opticians highly enough. Everyone should definitely visit if they need to especially to support this local family business. Not just the locals come from anywhere and like me when you walk out you will feel you have had the best experience and if that’s going to the opticians they must be amazing which they are.

I recently paid a visit to Vision in the Village in Southfields and as ever was delighted with the service and care provided by the tean. From the moment you enter the store you feel a sense of comfort that ensures you that they really take eyecare seriously. I was most impressed with the thorough eye examination which proved extremely enlightening.

The optometrist used equipment I had previously never been tested with and explained in detail the results of my eye test. I've since then placed an order for 3 different pairs of glasses from the shop! Their selection of frames are second to none and I could easily have picked more. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and I can't wait to go back again to see what other surprises they have in store.
