We will exchange or refund any product up to 14 days after delivery/collection however we do not cover return postage fees or the cost of lenses. The cost of the lenses will be deducted from the refund. It is the customer's responsibility to return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging and any security tags intact.

Lost my beloved Pradas and needed replacements quickly. I'd Done the circuit of the chains, without uninspiring products. Happened upon this little independent at lunchtime. Following morning get the call to say my new specs are ready, including tints. Picked them up in less than 24hours! Even got 25 off. Beat that 10-14 days Boots! NCP parking is the only issue.
