Angela Fletcher has been responsible for this family business since 1990, when her father Ernest Barber retired due to ill-health.The practice was established by her grandfather, Richard Baxendine in Victoria Road, Romford in 1921. This house practice is well equipped to ensure you an extensive eye examination with the assurance that all stages of the procedure of the examination and selection and fitting of your spectacles or contact lenses will be carried out by a qualified optometrist.Appointments are available between 9.30 and 5.00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. My appointment was made with ease and promptly. Covid guidelines were followed very well, I felt very safe throughout my appointment. The staff were lovely and the Dr. was kind and very knowledgeable. I haven't had many eye appointments before so was quite nervous, but immediately put at ease. Would definitely recommend and will be returning there if I need another optician's appointment.
