Friendly staff from the moment I walked in. Thorough eye test done & questions answered. A great choice of frames & colours were offered to me & the choice of transition lenses. Was fitted for my new glasses & the clarity of vision I now have is amazing. Have previously used Specsavers & Vision Express but their service, range of specs & quality of lenses is very poor in comparison - though I thought they were ok when I went. Husband also went to Clelland & Boyd after I raved about them & is equally impressed.

I found one member of staff rude. When told the cost of frames with added prescription lens, i declined to purchase and was told, you can get them cheaper in Spec Savers AND suggested i get my next eye test there next time too. However i must thank him for his advice as i did go there and instead of paying 360 for their cheapest pair, Spec Savers were 65 for 2 pairs from a multiple choice including prescription lens!
