At CULT VISION we curate an exclusive collection of eyewear. Original frame designs, made from the best quality materials and the finest craftsmanship. Our eyewear is chosen from a handful of independent, carefully selected, design and craft-led designer makers and brands. All of the makers and brands that we work with have the creative freedom to make the eyewear they want without limits and without losing their passion. They all work in an environment where they can be enthusiastic and enjoy what they are doing which of course is reflected in the eyewear they make.
Prices include a full eye test and high quality ZEISS prescription lenses. All lenses are optimised for performance and cosmetic appearance with ZEISS Duravision Platinum Plus Coatings included. We use 1.5 or 1.6 index at no extra cost, making the lenses suitable for powers as high as 5 dioptres. Multifocal, Progressive and Varifocal are all different names used to describe the same type of lenses, we have chosen to call them Multifocal.
The fundament of the most beautiful glasses is in the shape of their lenses: time and time again specific shape designs turn out to be the most timeless, the most stylish, the best. The attention given to the materials used and the way they are designed around the lens shape gives eyewear its own unique identity and feel.
Spanish handcrafted leather eyewear from the heart of Santiago de Compostela. The leather is treated with naturally occurring tannins, found in the bark of trees such as chestnut, oak, and cherry. The vegetable tanning process is carried out without the use of acids in the best traditional Spanish tanning factories.
This eyewear is true artisan from start to finish. Each piece is made with traditional craftsmanship, respect for all employees and a genuine love for the end result. With their own European factories ANDY WOLF are free to express these core values. Every one of their frames is taken through 90 working steps, involving over 100 employees before reaching us. All of their acetate eyewear is handmade in Hartberg, Austria and their metal eyewear is handmade in the, world renowned, Jura region of France.

Extensive and very unique curated collection of frames including refurbished vintage pieces. Not been as excited in an optical store for a very long time! Great service from Panos, the owner optometrist and a very relaxed vibe. Good to support an independent with a passion for truly making spectacles a wardrobe item - up there with shoes and handbags. Popped in here on the off chance of speaking to someone about a concern with my eye. With a warm friendly welcome, I was able to get great information and advice on the spot without an appointment or being asked to come back. I didn't feel like I was being rushed and time and patience was given. Came back, following such a pleasant first experience, to have my eyes tested.
This again was done on the spot (although you can, of course make appointments) with a through examination and questioning about my sight. Any 'silly' questions I had were answered. Optician was friendly and able to break down any clinical terms in layman's to be fully understood. Advice given but not pushed on you and felt no obligation to purchase anything further. Whilst they may not have your usual high street designer frames, they have a good selection of designer frames to select from.
Of course, they are also happy to put their lenses in frames you may have already. Having gone through a comprehensive review of my eyesight I got a couple of new pairs of prescription glasses. I feel like I am living in a HD world now in comparison to what I had before. Thank you!

My 13-year-old son's glasses broke while we were traveling. Having a glasses emergency on a Friday night in a foreign country isn't fun, and we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to find an optometrist open on Saturdays. Lucky for us, CrossEyes has Saturday hours and I was able to drop by without an appointment. We received fantastic service from Panos, the owner, and Astrid.
They were friendly and helpful and repaired the glasses in less than 3 minutes. My son's vision is 20/100 without glasses, so they saved our vacation by basically restoring his sight! I highly recommend this shop for their skill and willingness to accommodate.

Panos is an excellent Optometrist, he did a very thorough eye test for me. This included many additional tests to other opticians such as visual field. The best eye test I have ever had, where he went over and beyond the standard high street brands. Would highly recommend him to others and will be back again. Thank you!

Excellent, truly world-class optometry. When I arrived in London, Panos identified and fixed my problem in less than twenty minutes, from a -4.75 in my right eye and -4 in my left--something prescribed to me by an optometrist in San Francisco--to a more simple and balanced vision plan. He prescribed me and allowed me to try a variety of excellent contact lenses, one brand of which I still order through Cult Vision today to my current location in Chicago. Georgina and the staff are most diligent and helpful, too.
They have consistently repaired my frames for no charge and are always seeking ways--especially given their wide base of connections throughout Europe--to fix anything from buffalo horn to steel. More importantly, the frames they offer in store are truly unique, catering especially to people, like me, whose glasses are an extension of their personality.
