Due to a sudden schedule change, I had no childcare and had to attend my son's appointment with my whole tribe of children. The receptionist and the optometrist were so patient and understanding. They allowed all of us into the checkup room which made my 6 year old feel less tense about it. The optometrist was very upbeat and friendly which was fantastic for my son who is very shy around strangers. I will definitely be taking them all here for their check ups when needed.

My Mum and I were very pleased with the service we received from Coakleys of Long Sutton. They are very Covid aware, the eye test was very professional, I was borderline for new glasses there was no hard sell at all, I decided to go for a new pair as my old pair was falling apart. The new pair was ready in the time frame given, again a very good and thorough hand over of the new glasses. Satisfied new customers.
