Collected another pair of awesome glasses from BBR, yesterday. The team are amazing- they all have such passion, care and knowledge that you really do feel like you're getting glasses with them not from them. Really looking forward for them to showing what they have to offer in the Feb31st range - wooden frames. How exciting. Thank you, again BBR.

In the 40 years I have been visiting an optometrist - including central London practices - BBR is without doubt the finest I have attended. Your service is exemplary, as is the company's ongoing commitment to the latest technologies. First rate.

Excellent opticians that I have been with for about 18 years now. Went to them at first due to recommendation of another optician due to problems I was having with my contact lenses. Not sure how 'normal' the pricing is but service is, in every way, very good.

It was my first time visiting and I was blown away by the wonderful customer service. My experience was very positive; as soon as I stepped into the building I was made to feel welcome and not rushed. The equipment used onsite is incredible. The arm of my glasses decided to unexpectedly part company with the frame. Given that I have to lead a high profile event in the next couple of days I needed to get them repaired asap. I wanted to just say thank you to you and your team for a really positive experience on my recent visit. Despite the restrictions and safety requirements, I felt very relaxed and as always from the front desk, to the optician who tested my eyes, to Nick himself; every moment of service I received was fantastic, above and beyond and everyone was smiling and good humoured.

It is clear you have nurtured a really warm and friendly workplace and it shows so much as a client coming to see you for check ups. I would never dream of going anywhere else! After 25 years it's been a privileged to have you caring for my eyesight! I would like to make a special mention of Magda, who helped me find my reading glasses frames. Magda was just so enthusiastic and positive, I really enjoyed her company to the point that it was actually a joyful experience choosing my frames.

Her lovely bubbly energy was infectious and I even felt genuine enthusiasm and even excitement from her when she helped pick out some frames that suit me so well. Please can you pass on my appreciation to her. My glasses arrived today and I actually love them! Never thought I would say that about a pair of glasses! Thank you so much to all of you for making such a wonderful experience for me. Plus all this during the Covid-19 pandemic, you are doing a marvellous job!

May I just say how wonderful BBR Hereford have been. My husband was first to benefit from your excellent services when he was found to have very quickly progressing cataracts. You referred him to an excellent clinic in Solihull who were wonderful. When he had his first eye test with you, after a lifetime of wearing spectacles, he said it was the best eye test he had ever had.

My own experience has been just the same, I have always felt very confident in your care. Your staff have been very friendly. professional and really could not do enough to bring about an excellent outcome each time. Outstanding detailed examination and provided the extra level of care. Gave me lots of assistance in how to manage my existing conditions as well as the referral I needed to resolve them. Felt like a consultant level of care.

I broke my glasses in the early days of lockdown but this didn’t stop BBR staff making sure my glasses were mended and returned to me; another example of this highly professional organisation.

Myself and our family have lived abroad many years now, but we come home every year so we can get our eyes checked with the absolute latest technology available. Some health issues make it vital we are checked thoroughly yearly. Even the eye hospital here didn't have as up to date equipment. We've also tried several places in London that were supposed to be 'equal' to the tests and service offered by BBR Optometry and we found them always lacking in some test or other, professionalism and/or competence. A once a year journey home to Hereford is a must for us!

Went to the BBR optometry for my dry eyes and had lipiflow and IPL treatment with Alison. Could not have asked for better service. Shes excellent at her job. Very professional and happy to answer any questions you have. Couldn't recommend her enough. Also, great value for money.
