Service has been great from start to finish. I started to see Leon to treat my MGD and moved towords IPL treatment which has been a lifesaver. Treatment pricing at Kerr Eyecare is one of the most reasonable I've found and I'm happy to travel up to London for such great care. A special thanks to all the team, who are always very busy but still able to stop, chat and have a laugh.

The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us when we turned up a week early for our appointments. The efficiency and care shown was heartwarming.

I am very disappointed at the service I received and the treatment of the Optician i was assisted by, to start with i was seen 20 mins late for my appointment, and did not receive acknowledgement or apology for the lateness and when i told the Optician that i am excused from wearing the mask, he still forced to do so. None of my questions were answered professionally, as the answer was, i don't know how long your healing will take, and he went out of his way to use medical terms when i asked more questions. very disappointing

The best opticians in London. I tried many different ones as I suffer from an eye condition & was struggling to find a sufficient help. Kerr Eyecare have been an absolute eyes saviours. I come here all the way from North London. The opthometrist Leon Bouwer is a true Master in his field, very knowledgeable, caring, patient, no amount of my questions were too much of a hassle.

I almost felt like crying from happiness when leaving (yes, that's how good he is!) as the level of care received is outstanding. Also worth mentioning, Kerr Eyecare deal with a wide range of eye diseases and own the latest advancements of technology to treat various conditions.

I saw Leon Bouwer who was very well-informed, professional and gave me comprehensive advice to deal with the current issue and improve eye health in general. The staff at the centre are all really friendly, and equipment was sanitised before and after each use. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended Kerr's as a specialist in contact lenses after spending years and many long appointments at an NHS hospital trying to find both comfortable and effective lenses. After two appointments here, I was completely happy with the fit/comfort and clarity - and I may be hard to please as I need a very high prescription. Leon has always been friendly and happy to help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
