A truly 5 star experience. The team at Cameron Beaumont are consistently attentive, friendly, helpful and professional and the practice is clean with a high end feel to it. I feel safe, valued and well looked after in their hands. The standard of high tech equipment and level of detail that goes into my eye examination couldn't be more different from previous experiences and my sight has never been better. A genuinely wonderful practice where customer care is clearly a priority.

Absolutely 7 star service. The staff are so professional, helpful and smart. The knowledge and expertise is unbelievable and their help and advice so welcome. They all always go the extra mile which is so rare these days in businesses. The equipment for eye examinations is so modern and advanced and having been a customer for 17 years they are highly recommend.

The opticians all listen and are so calm. The delivery options of lenses, glasses and check ups are so tailor made. I think anyone that visits will see why they have won so many awards. The fantastic premises and set up is immaculate and so well thought out. I have lived all over the UK and not been to such an amazing optician and have said if i ever moved away I think I would drive back for my care and check ups here!

Arriving as the first appointment following the Government's relaxing of the lockdown restrictions, i was immensely relieved to find clear sensible advice and instruction, giving me an immediate sense of safety and comfort. All the staff were true professionals, dressed smartly and with friendly welcoming smiles and words. Neil's wealth of knowledge when testing my eyes on the many and varied machines, was admirable and made me realise how sensible I was in trusting this most valuable of assets (my vision) to Neil and his team. Claire was unbeatable in terms of customer service, offering me a range of replacement options along with discounts and deals to sweeten the financial blow, all the while reassuring me on every detail. I left feeling I had experienced not just an annual optical MOT but a full service, and would recommend Cameron Beaumont without hesitation.

Was recommended to Cameron Beaumont and it couldn’t have been a better recommendation. From the moment I started the eye test I learned more about my vision and the whys and wherefores of it, why I experienced this or that etc etc. The detail of the examination was better than I have ever experienced and the explanations along the way just mega informative!

The covid measures were pitched just right, not over powering or, as many other businesses, used as an excuse to cover inadequacies, these were perfect.
I’m looking forward to going back in a couple of weeks to choose my frames and I have no hesitation in thinking the end result will be perfect!

Always personal friendly service and extremely thorough eye examinations Both my wife and i have used this practice for a few years now. After some less than satisfactory experiences from some other " high street" opticians, we decided to try Cameron Beaumont. Whilst not cheap, their frames and lenses are of the highest quality. What price do you put on your eyesight?

Their equipment is first class and results of thorough examinations were explained in easily understood detail. As I have an existing worrying eye condition, I feel very reassured to have the support of a first class Team.

A great local Opticians that always provide a thoroughly professional, friendly and expert service. I've been a customer for over 10 years and they demonstrated time after time, great care and consideration for my vision health and in provision of contact lenese/ spectacles that meet my requirements. Indeed if it wasn't for their expertise in detecting a retinal detachment and a super rapid referral to LGI for emergency treatment then I could have lost my sight in one eye. Their aftercare was and is amazing and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others in need of an excellent Opticians.
