I have recommended many friends to the Camden Contact Lens Centre and Bruno for contact lenses there, as I have been seeing Bruno for the best part of 30 years, probably more. He’s so friendly I keep forgetting he’s my contact lens specialist. It’s quite obvious that Bruno has innovated and developed myriad of new methods and even devices and other stuff to help treat vision in general – and now expanding into using the beneficial effects of what he uses on your eyes to expand to other parts of the body. It all sounds rather or indeed very, new age, but I do really recommend you signing up with him for your next set of contact lenses. I’m just about to undergo his recently introduced Nu-Lids therapy/treatment, to enable me to wear contact lenses for more hours a day comfortably and generally improve the state of my eyes and my vision. Bruno generally uses a six sense way beyond other practitioners’ attention to detail and continually thinks about how he can improve my vision. Considering my vision has deteriorated quite a bit in 30 years (I’m 67 now) he’s managed to keep my vision, currently using very focal contact lenses, in about as good estate as anyone could really hope for at my age. (Yes, I really did write this review myself.)

This place have been looking after my eyes for nearly ten years and have been excellent. When I was in hospital they still made time to deal with my family and still get me my lenses. I am very grateful for that they went above and beyond. Their service is impeccable and personal. I will always use this company for my lenses. X

I went to this optician to get sunglasses I bought somewhere else fixed (adjustment because they were too big) and the people working here were extremely helpful and fit my glasses for free (bent the bows) to make it fit. Very gentle and welcoming people, I highly recommend. Thank you

I saw Bruno today to discuss getting contact lenses to improve my vision in particular my left eye, which is faltering with spectacles and the clarity, resolution and precision in that eye is deficient due to me having Kereteconus in that eye, which caused it to be Myopic with a prominent Astigmatism. Bruno was extremely warm, friendly and welcoming.

He displayed great patience and explained the various options available and the most feasible option to correct and improve my condition and the vision. He tried soft lenses on both my eyes which were extremely comfortable and improved my vision and clarity. Afterwards I also had an Eye treatment with Bruno to relieve my Blepharitis symptoms, in which he used a warm compress, lid hygiene and exfoliation to relieve the adverse symptoms and dryness significantly.

My eyes no longer feel dry, irritated or gritty and my tear quality and production is much better due to Brunos extremely effective and beneficial treatment I recommend Camden Contact lens centre extremely highly for any eyesight related issues and please ask for Bruno and follow his advice and protocol which will greatly improve your condition and provide long lasting satisfaction and benefit Dr Dev Mukker Imperial College

Very friendly staff and great customer services provided. My daughters eye test was very professional and given good advice regarding eye care. I am very pleased and definately feel much more at ease now with regards her eye sight.

I've just visited them for to see if i can book myself in for an e. They saw me straight away without an appointment. Very friendly staff. The optician explained things to me really well. Never at any point was there any pressure for me to buy glasses from them which both vision express and specsavers have always done. Highly recommended.

Rude receptionist, didn't catch his name but it's not Bruno, the guy kept Asking stupid questions and was being very rude and unhelpful, He definitely should do his staff training again because his communication skills with customers is disgusting. The guy wears glasses and wears a white shirt. Will be joining another optician.

Bruno has a great understanding of the issues affecting contact lens wearers to find a solution to assist customers. My prescription is complex and Bruno gave one to one customer service but, disappointed with the quality of lenses issued. Charged for the consultation, charged for dry eye drops (which I have never needed in 20 plus years of contact lens wearing) and gave me below par trial lenses from an unknown barnd that are thick plastic, rigid, large and poor quality - nowhere near as clear or comfortable as Johnson and Johnson. I don't want to be their guinea pig so am going to try elsewhere.

I have been coming to the Camden Contact Lens Centre for years as well as my family members. Always offering a brilliant service welcoming and ready to help. Definitely recommend.

Great service, I had an eye wash a contact lense eye test, got to try out some new lenses. Was seen by Bruno who knows an incredible amount about contact lenses and customer service. Excellent service I've been coming here for over 15yrs.

This place was a lifesaver. I was looking for particular contact lenses (acuvue moist 9 circumference for big eyes) and i was in London for business and forgot to bring my own. After going to 3 major opticians and getting refused, Bruno at Camden welcomed me and helped me in my predicament. Very grateful for the excellent service and accommodating my request. Walked in with a problem on my specialized hard contacts in my eye, and Bruno really helped me out here! He taught me how to remove them safely, a skill that I should have learned in the 15 years of owning them that my optometrists never taught me. Very happy I walked in, the staff were friendly and eager to help with suggestions

I had the pleasure of an Eye Clean for the first time last Friday at Camden Contact Lens Centre which I have been attending since the late 80s. First part is a wonderful massage around the eye which is so relaxing and energising. Then cleaning with a solution. Much easier process than I thought; once completed I felt very invigorated, vision felt more open, focussed and brighter. I would recommend this session to anyone. Go see Bruno!

I have order a pair of new glasses with prescription lens. all was fine until collection, the guy goes in the back to sort out a detail in the glasses so they fit my face and breaks them. I left the shop with the promise that he will order new frame ( same as the one I choose) and will let me know. Few days passed and nothing from them. I called and he tells me sorry I can't find the same model so you have to order other frame that will fit your lenses.

So Now I can only choose a frame that can only fit the specific size of my lenses. The story goes on and I finally requested a refund. Takes ages to have it back. I ask to be sent the prescription of my lens and was told they can only send the prescription without signature when they know they have to sign it according to the law. It was a mess! The attitude of the employees is disgraceful! I don't recommend this service: you risk getting out without your glasses or money!

Infuriating, they're a type of business that thinks its acceptable to waste your time. i had an appointment at 4:10, tell me why I'm waiting nearly 40 minutes. They double booked an appointment, so the woman before me was too busy picking out which eye colour she wants to borrow, green or grey? The unprofessionalism alone, the two obnoxious guys at the front desk spent the whole time giggling, one even laughing at my name giving me unfortunate flashbacks to being in girls school.

No apology as I left the place. It gives me more of a rundown family business whose only customers are their cousins, the kids running around headless and one token guy who kept walking around with the flashlight on his head, blinding us for free. I guess the only chance of actually getting an eye test. I took 2 buses to get here, the outside looks like it's falling apart paint chipped, the door handle being rusted metal, enough to give you tetanus.

I literally had apprehension before going in, I felt the unfortunate urge to hold tighter onto my purse. Thanks for wasting my time. I'll be sure to tell my other blind friends to walk past because I nearly did. EDIT: They keep harassing me with their calls from yesterday to today. Beware of this place.

I have been a client for more years than I care to remember for both regular eye care, as someone with extreme myopia, and also contact lenses. I have always been highly satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and the customer care, as well as their competitive pricing. I strongly recommend the Camden Contact Lens Centre.

Bruno is a wizard! His knowledge is all embracing and he'll work incredibly hard to make sure he finds exactly the right lens that will work for you. I've been a customer for years and have nothing but praise and confidence for his patient and intelligent work.

I've been coming here for over 30 years. I wouldn't trust any other opticians. I have a complicated situation with one of my eyes and I've always found this place amazing with their help. The opticians are professional and give good advice. In terms of contact lenses no one seems to know as much as Bruno does as he's always updating his knowledge with research. I find them friendly, extremely helpful and always willing to assist with questions and queries. I would thoroughly recommend!

I went in for the audiologist, Anshal, who was brilliant and was so blown away by the professional and friendly service that I ended up having a long-overdue sight test with, Anand, his brother - again, excellent - really speedy but thorough and reassuring. The jewel in the crown, however, is Stephen, who helped me arrange the appointment in the first place and was fantastically helpful with choosing glasses and prescription sun glasses and ... great company throughout. So rare to enjoy a visit like this but I did, and left with a spring in my step, perfect hearing and some snazzy new shades and glasses! Thank you all. I'll be back.

Amazing place! Very professional and incredibly nice, they helped me so much and made me feel in good hands. I definitely recommend it, the experts working there are not just people that know how to do their job, they also treat you in the best way!

Although I arrived before opening time they opened up for me and then dealt with my problem speedily but carefully. Stephen gave me helpful advice.
