I have just collected my new glasses and sunglasses from David Arthur today. The service from start to finish has been fantastic. I was able to browse and try on as many pairs as I liked with no pressure to buy. I even went to another high street brand in Lichfield to try where the assistant couldn't be bothered to open the glasses to try. Back to. David Arthur where I was helped to choose the right colour for my sunglasses lens's and again to collect them. I highly recommend David Arthur for a huge range of glasses and first class service! Thanks to all the team

Everyone is friendly and a pleasure to deal with, we took our 3 year old for his first eye test and they were amazing with him. Very knowledgeable and helpful, couldn't recommend David Arthur Opticians enough!

I needed to replace old lenses in a replacement frame, and although I'm not a patient, these guys did it with a smile and free of charge - much appreciated.

Excellent opticians, super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. After using many other opticians over the years where you regularly don't see the same optician twice it's great to find an opticians where you can see the same person every time who knows your history and requirements, a huge difference from the high street brands. Personal service every time makes such a big difference.

I attended David Arthur Opticians yesterday for the first time as a new customer, changing from my previous opticians. Their service was friendly, efficient without being rushed and professional. I am now looking forward to collecting my new glasses shortly. I'm so pleased not to have taken another opticians advertising suggestion as I had in the past. In fact I Should Have Gone to. David Arthur years ago!

I needed an appointment for an 8 year old who had 'something in his eye' when our usual national chain opticians had no appointments for 2 weeks. We had an after school appointment on the same day, a very efficient and friendly welcome at reception and a thorough eye test. The optician was very good with my son and also explained everything to me. As we came out my son said "That was much better than where we usually go!" Great customer service, I know where to go for my next eye test!

The Staff are excellant at David Arthur, nothing is too much trouble, they are very proffessional. This is the best eyetest I have ever had, and everything was explained to me. Faboulous selection of glasses.

The staff at David Arthur are warm, friendly and approachable they put my two boys very much at ease during their eye tests bonding over Star Wars. The team made the experience for the boys fun, relaxed dispelling any nerves or apprehension they may have been feeling. My youngest asked if he could "come again next week". Excellent service, with amazing frames to choose from and a warm friendly environment make this a wonderful practice.
