I went to Zacks Eyes Clinic for a Eyes Test and Contact Lenses Consultation. It was a total lost of my time and money. They charged extra-money for the Eyes Test (they said because I have complicated eyes!). They didn't do the Contact Lenses Consultation, after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. The reason it is because the specialist wasn't there and they told me he will contact me, but it has never happened. Very, very disappointed. I wont recommend this clinic to anyone.

Great and thorough service! Unfortunelty, the optician was slightly late for the appointment (for good reason) but made up for this with a very professional and comprehesive examination with useful advise to aid. I have visited a number of private practices and although one of the most dear, the quality of care provided by the practice is definately above all others I have experienced. All associated test results were also prompty sent across to me on request. The thoroghness and company quality definely justified the expense. Kay Tinde

I had the most thorough eye test here. Was a bit hesitant at first as it was my first time at this clinic. The receptionist put me at ease, checked all my details and I was seen on time. Vincent who tested my eyes was professional, meticulous, and patient, .and answered all my questions. I am partially deaf and tend to speak loudly, but he showed no irritation, which is the usual response. I have no hesitation in recommending Zaks Eye Clinic

Jonathan is extremely helpful and informative. He expended a lot of time and effort to find the right prescription and lenses for me. I have Keratoconus so my prescription is particularly difficult to figure out, however, I'm very happy with the lenses he suggested and fitted.

Zacks are fantastic and the optician that took my appointment was incredibly professional. I have spent years with very uncomfortable prescriptions, and they took the time to really dig into what was going on. A complete eye health check with some really fancy 3d scanning showed all was ok there, so the problems I was having came down to my previous prescriptions and how out of balance they had been. Putting on the new prescriptions for the 1st time was fantastic, no more eye strain. A relief! Thank you Zacks, patient for life. If you need a full clinical eye exam, this is the place.

I had a great experience during a visit for my eye test, very efficient and knowledgeable and were a great help. I also brought 3 pairs glasses as the condition of the frames and lenses was top quality. All the staff make me feel really comfortable and I definitely recommend a visit

I was recommended to see the optometrist at Zacks by a colleague because I have a very high prescription and had problems with previous opticians. The examination was of a much higher standard than I have ever experienced before and I am so happy with my new glasses and contact lenses. I can not recommend these guys enough!

Super friendly and helpful optometrists who really know their stuff. Had a very thorough eye examination, and was given expert advice on lens and frame choices - I ended up with a stunning Salt frame. Glasses were ready in no time, and they are by far the best pair I've had. Couldn't be happier!

Visited Jonathan for specialist treatment and was fantastic, very thorough exam and superbly fitted lenses. More importantly, the aftercare and support from J and his staff were exceptional - it was the best decision I've made to go to Zacks. Will recommend to everyone.

I recommend this place. Welcoming, helpful people in a small and friendly business. The Optician was thorough, efficient and practical. I didn't feel like I was being sold something I didn't need. Good range of spectacles to choose from and everything very well done. Businesses like this should be supported - they offer something different and that is something to be valued.

Jonathan and his team studied the way I used my glasses and came up with long-term plans that have worked really well for me. I would recommend him to anyone who cares about their sight.
